Delete your account

You can delete your AI & Robotics Lab account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you only want part of your data removed, you can ask for that instead and keep the account — see below.

Option 1 — delete it yourself in the app

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Tap Account in the bottom navigation bar.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm on the prompt. Your account is removed immediately and you are signed out.

A parent or guardian should be the one to do this step.

Option 2 — ask us to delete it

If you cannot sign in, or you would rather we did it, email support@tinyplaydates.com from the address on the account with the subject Delete my account. You do not need to install the app to make this request.

We may ask one question to confirm you own the account. We action verified requests within 30 days, and usually within a few business days.

Deleting some of your data, without closing the account

You do not have to delete the whole account to have something removed. Email support@tinyplaydates.com and tell us what you want gone — for example:

• A community post, or all of your community posts.
• A comment you left.
• Your profile photo, or your child's name and bio.
• Photos taken by a camera-equipped robot.
• Your direct-message history with another user.
• Your support-chat history with our team.

The account, and everything you have not asked us to remove, stays as it is. The same 30-day maximum and the same verification step apply as above.

What gets deleted

Deleting the account permanently removes:

• Your profile — email address, sign-in PIN, parent and child names, country, mobile number, bio and profile photo.
• Your community posts, comments and likes, including comments and likes other people left on your posts.
• Your direct-message conversations and their messages.
• Your friend connections and pending friend requests.
• Your support-chat history with our team.
• Your kit order records, paired robot devices and their settings.
• Your push-notification tokens, so notifications stop.
• Your sign-in credentials, so the account can no longer be used.

What is kept, and for how long

• Payment records. Kit purchases are processed by Stripe, and Stripe retains transaction records under its own terms. We also keep the minimum sales records that Singapore tax and accounting law requires us to keep, for 5 years. These are financial records, not your app profile.
• Safety and moderation records. If content was reported to us, we may keep a record of the report and the action taken, with your identifiers removed, so we can enforce our rules. Reports you filed are deleted with your account.
• Backups. Deleted data may persist in encrypted database backups for up to 30 days before those backups expire.
• Aggregate diagnostics. Crash and performance reports that are not linked to an individual account are retained by Firebase under Google's retention periods.

Deleting the app is not the same thing

Uninstalling the app from a phone does not delete the account. Use one of the two options above.
